Scarborough LandPro is a woman-owned and operated agricultural service company based in Hanover County, Virginia. Since 2016, we’ve proudly served Central Virginia with a full range of land, pasture, and property services—designed for farmers, landowners, and rural residents who expect more from their land care.
Our core focus is pasture management and maintenance, including precision soil testing, GPS-mapped fertilizer and lime applications, rotational grazing systems, and comprehensive weed and pest control. We also offer custom solutions for small acreage properties, wildlife food plot management, fencing, mowing, and seeding.
Additional service divisions, we provide residential, estate, and commercial lawn care, landscaping, and property maintenance.
In 2024, we expanded with Scarborough Seed Co, our online store offering premium seed blends—bringing our clients better products at better prices.

Sisters Erin and Sara Scarborough were raised on a small farm in Hanover County, Virginia, where hard work and resourcefulness were part of daily life. Without access to large equipment, they learned the value of perseverance—digging fence posts by hand and mowing pastures with a ride-on lawn tractor. These early experiences shaped their work ethic and sparked a shared vision: to provide the kind of agricultural services they once needed themselves.
After graduating from Hanover High School, Erin began studying pharmacy. While working in the field, she realized her true passion lay in agriculture and equine care. In 2016, she followed that calling and founded Scarborough LandPro, offering practical, hands-on land solutions to the local farming community.
Sara, also a Hanover High alumna, worked for a logging equipment dealer while earning her degree at the VCU School of Business. Her background in operations and business management made a natural fit, and she soon joined Erin to help grow the company.
Together, Erin and Sara bring a strong blend of field experience, business insight, and deep respect for the land. Their shared passion for agriculture, love of animals, and commitment to quality service continue to drive the growth and success of Scarborough LandPro today.
